Nice atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. Lovely decor - I actually felt like I was in a Greek eaterie; the most authentic experience so far with PeopleWhoDine!
However the food did not quite match the authentic atmosphere. An excellent mussel starter was followed by swordfish which came with chips and a plain iceberg lettuce salad. The fish was good, and of a decent size. A bit more experimentation with the 'salad and chips' would enhance the experience, especially as that combination appeared on a few of the main course dishes at our table. Small gripe over ;-)
Overall, good value for money although I feel I missed out on the total experience by not ordering from the main Greek pages on the menu - I look forward to returning and correcting that one! Doh!

hey,well another people who dine went by with some colourful food and colourful people,the food was good but i wish i had ordered some actual greek food instead of the boring tuna steak and chips i had.the place was really nice if not a bit small and the staff were very efficient and polite,will maybe go again but like i say will be more adventurous with my choice of menu next time.
The atmosphere was happy - the staff were cheerful and efficient - the menu was extensive and my choice proved excellent quality and all others seemed of the same good value. I had an excellent time and would recommend Symposio for a cosy 1 to 1 or a group celebration Thank you
Yes yes yes, I had the most excellent time, really enjoyed the company, food, atmosphere and service.
I agree with my fellow blogger ,I too almost believed I was on holiday in a greek eaterie.
I defineatly would love to go back.

I really liked this venue, and couldnt fault any aspect: The food was excellent, The staff were very friendly and efficient; the location was intimate without being claustrophobic and the company was fantastic!
Best of all - no chavs!!
